This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of branding, content planning, social media strategy, and SEO basics. - Module 1: Branding and positioning – defining values, messages, and tone of voice
- Module 2: Content and channel strategy – planning for social media and digital platforms
- Module 3: SEO basics – on-page optimization, local SEO, and quick wins
- Module 4: Measuring digital performance – simple tools and key metrics
- Module 5: Case project – developing a digital visibility action plan
Assessment is based on the submission of an individual digital visibility plan for a chosen case. Successful completion awards 5 ECTS credits.
The course is delivered as a blend of four interactive online sessions with lectures, demonstrations, and exercises, followed by a final on-campus seminar. Online sessions ensure flexibility and gradual progression, while the seminar focuses on applying strategies in practice and presenting the digital visibility plan for feedback.
Participants should have basic digital skills. Admission requires prior education, vocational training, or relevant work experience in marketing, communication, or business.
