About the course
Digital Tools for Project Management provides practical skills in using leading software solutions to plan, execute, and follow up projects. You will learn how to structure tasks, manage resources, and facilitate communication in both co-located and distributed teams. The course is designed for participants who want to increase their digital project management competence and apply it directly in their work.

- Module 1: Introduction to digital project management – principles and challenges
- Module 2: Task and resource management in Microsoft Planner
- Module 3: Collaboration and communication in Microsoft Teams
- Module 4: Workflow automation with Power Automate
- Module 5: Integrated case project – applying multiple tools in practice
Assessment is based on project work and a reflective assignment. Successful completion awards 5 ECTS credits.
The course is delivered as a blend of online and in-person learning. You will attend four interactive online sessions with demonstrations and tool training, supported by guided exercises between sessions. A final on-campus seminar allows you to integrate the tools into a simulated project, working closely with peers and receiving direct feedback from instructors.
Participants should have basic IT knowledge and experience from either higher education, vocational training, or relevant work practice involving project participation.
